Responder Health is a group of dedicated and passionate Public Safety Professionals on a mission to resolve industry-related suffering and trauma, raise awareness of strengthening first responder resilience, and share our research, tools, and resources to become the best versions of ourselves.

Every day across the globe, first responders and public safety professionals come together to ensure their communities are safe and protected. These dedicated individuals build dynamic and capable teams comprised of firefighters, telecommunicators, police officers, nurses, doctors, and emergency medical technicians—just a few of the frontline vital services every community needs to keep safe and secure.

We specialize in various tailored services to meet and exceed the needs of each individual, agency, or team.

What resources do we have to offer?

-Crisis Call Center

We host a global crisis call center that responds to crises at any hour of the day.

We are Peer Support Advocates - ready to help. Our call center was built by public safety for public safety, and our dedicated Peer Support Advocates operate it 24/7.

Our exclusive call center is a confidential resource for members to share their concerns, seek advice, find solace, and connect with appropriate mental health and wellness professionals.

-Responder Health App

We host a national health and wellness app for members to help them maintain wellness and access pharmacodynamic tools.

-Wellness & Resilience Initatives

We offer a range of continuing education programs, workshops, and online and in-person courses tailored to your agency or individual needs.

-First Responder Friday (FRF)

Once a month, we provide FRF events and a free public safety-focused course on various mental wellness and health-related topics for first responders.

Several connected professionals host these courses online, which average 45 minutes monthly.

-Community Empowerment

Events, education, counseling, rehabilitation resources, forums, and interactive platforms allow us to aim and pursue successful plans and development, as well as enhance your wellness or that of an agency or organization.
